Softlink conducts host of comprehensive livelihood skill development training programs, All training programs are designed with keeping in mind the end objective of securing employment for the youth in desired sector, Employment and Entrepreneurship is the pivot around which all actions at Softilnk revolves, The Programmes are designed to include interactive presentations, sharing of actual experiences, discussions, practical insights and hands-on exercises and field visits wherever suitable. Each training includes development of individual action plans to ensure that after the completion of the course, participants are able to actually implement what they have learnt during the program.
